Sleep is important

Gettting good sleep is important and it has been on my mind. One of my tutors shared the importance of sleep to our team when we did a team sharing.

The Harvard Women’s Health Watch suggests six reasons to get enough sleep:

  1. Learning and memory: Sleep helps the brain commit new information to memory through a process called memory consolidation. In studies, people who’d slept after learning a task did better on tests later.

I listed the first as it is important for our children.

Now our tutor said that stress, online games and watching violent movies may impair good sleep.
